They were't always as careful with preventing wreck as they could have been. Simple things like when plastering a ceiling not using dust sheets. It was an irritation that may quite readily have already been averted, although quite apologetic afterward.

I asked him about some funny (turns out prohibited) changes that the neighbour‘s builder was proposing. I contacted Josh again mid January 2015 to say that we would like to go ahead with them with an ending April deadline (infant due) and he immediately set the wheels in motion.
